Unopened and Undamaged Items: We accept returns on unopened and undamaged items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all seals intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Returns of Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the damaged or defective product.

Returns of Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and we may provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
